On 27 January 2026, Richmind marked a significant moment in its development journey with the launch of Oystra Phase 2, celebrated at the iconic Ain Dubai. This milestone represents more than the introduction of a new phase – it signifies the continued evolution of a vision shaping one of Al Marjan Island’s most iconic waterfront addresses.
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, Oystra is a legacy project for Richmind. Every element – its sculptural architecture, fluid form, and immersive spatial experience reflects a commitment to design excellence, integrity, and enduring value.
The launch evening brought together honorable guests, industry leaders, and esteemed partners for an unforgettable celebration. The event featured choreographed dance acts, a breathtaking drone show illuminating the Dubai skyline, and a powerful live performance by DJ Shimza, creating a dynamic atmosphere that matched the ambition behind the Oystra vision.
